In the creative industry, productivity and creativity often intersect. The participants of the focus group highlighted several key aspects of productivity. They emphasized the importance of turning creative ideas into something tangible and understandable, effectively managing time, and ensuring that end goals are met. Having a clear policy for engaging with audiences and continually improving one’s craft were also seen as crucial. Structuring creative work, empowering and producing for audiences, and balancing creative expression with commercial integrity were identified as vital components of productivity. Additionally, managing goals, deadlines, and expectations were discussed as essential for maintaining momentum and achieving success.
