Carolina is a passionate and driven researcher in the field of international business and management. She has worked in academia for more than 12 years as a Lecturer, Knowledge Exchange Associate, and Researcher. Her research interests are deeply rooted in exploring the intricacies of managerial practices and processes within Multinational Enterprises (MNEs), particularly in the areas of strategy implementation and the impact of stakeholders in shaping and influencing international management decisions. She is currently working at InterAct Hub as a Research Associate investigating the future of work in global manufacturing. Carolina’s future research ambitions aim to generate impact by investigating stakeholders’ engagement in sustainability practices.
