People Management for Productivity, Engagement and Wellbeing

Ulster University partners have played a key role in extending the reach and impact of ESRC PrOPEL Hub activities in Northern Ireland. The Ulster University team have played a central role in co-ordinating ‘Hackathon’ and ‘Knowledge Into Practice’ events engaging more than 100 HR and workplace stakeholders. Ulster University colleagues have delivered impactful insights, particularly focusing on progressive approaches to performance management, at multiple ESRC PrOPEL Hub interactive events throughout the lifetime of the project. The Ulster team also played a crucial role in designing our feedback and reflexive practice-sharing tools, and were central to the process of co-designing out ‘Early Career Researcher Bootcamps’, which have helped to train the next generation of impactful Knowledge Exchange Fellows.
