Call for managers and leaders of UK organisations (public, private and third sector organisations all welcome!) to give their opinions on workplace wellbeing initiatives in an interview with UEA researchers.
A month ago we launched our survey on workplace wellbeing organizational ethics. Although the survey is still open to new responses until the end of the year, we have examined the findings up until now.
Early findings suggest there are a wide range of opinions on what makes a fair, appropriate and useful workplace wellbeing programme – we look forward to bringing you an overview in December via The PrOPEL Hub website.
Now – as part of this PrOPEL Hub-funded project – we want to explore more deeply how managers and leaders perceive workplace wellbeing initiatives and how, in those roles, they make decisions about what is appropriate to provide to employees (and volunteers where relevant).
If you are the manager and / or leader of a UK organisation (public, private, third sector all welcome) sign up to speak with us today!
There are three ways to sign up:
- Complete the survey (if you haven’t done so already) and tick the box at the end saying you are interested in finding out more about speaking to us for this project.
- Email [email protected] with your name and role in a UK organisation
- Register your interest using the enquiry form: https://evolveworkplacewellbeing.org/contact/ which is owned and administered by the UEA Workplace Wellbeing Research Team.
The interview will take place via phone or video call at a mutually convenient time. Participation is completely voluntary and will take between 45 minutes and 1 hour. The University of East Anglia research team for the project are the only people who will have access to your answers. You will never be identified to anyone else as the source of your answers. All quotes will be anonymous. If you are interested the full information sheet and consent form will be sent to you via email, before you commit to speak with us.
The findings of the research will be published on www.propelhub.org and www.evolveworkplacewellbeing.org throughout the autumn and winter 2022/2023.
