Many people think that improving employee wellbeing would be a good idea, but do not know where to start. Luckily, there is a wealth of existing evidence out there for what to do and how to do it. The UEA-led work and learning team for the What Works Centre for Wellbeing have been exploring the evidence in this area since 2015 and have boiled down what they have learnt into:
- Five principles for workplace wellbeing
- Three questions to ask yourself when considering doing something new on wellbeing
- A cost-effectiveness calculator to aid decision-making.
- A ‘what works’ interactive tool offering bite-size insights into the evidence
