Peak Scientific is a leading innovator in the design, manufacture and support of high performance gas generators for analytical laboratories. Head-quartered in Glasgow, Peak Scientific has a significant local presence on every continent with 20 overseas offices and employs more than 650 people worldwide. The first overseas manufacturing facility opened in Shanghai last year.

In this ESRC PrOPEL Hub and InterAct Masterclass, founder and Chairman Robin MacGeachy shares insights on how Peak Scientific has embraced organisational transformation, shifting from a centralised engineering department to a distributed model where multiple work groups and teams are empowered to collaborate and drive innovation.

The session is chaired by Professor Colin Lindsay, Deputy Director of the Scottish Centre for Employment Research at the University of Strathclyde and Director of the PrOPEL Hub.
