Elke is Senior Lecturer at the Department for Work, Employment and Organisation at the University of Strathclyde. She has published extensively in leading journals on co-production with service users and communities, social innovation and governance issues and has advised many governments on co-production policy. She provides the PrOPEL Hub with knowledge and experience in experimental co-design methods and in co-production approaches to increase employability outcomes.
