Cardiff University partners have played a key role in extending the reach and impact of ESRC PrOPEL Hub activities in Wales and beyond. The Cardiff University team have played a central role in supporting ‘Hackathon’, ‘Knowledge Into Practice’ and other interactive events focusing on issues ranging from spatial patterns in collective bargaining to management practices to support job quality to policies to promote fair work. This online resource has engaged more than 50 thousand responses from employees and offers an empowering tool for employees, employers and team leaders to reflect on and compare different components of job quality and access to fair work. Cardiff University colleagues have used the tool to challenge and inform workplace practice through interactive engagement with the CIPD and many other workplace stakeholders.
