Martin is Research Director at Ulster University. He has been actively researching issues connected to Human Resource Development / Management, Employability and Organisational Change. Martin has played a key role in carrying out UK research projects commissioned by (amongst others): Advance HE; Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development; Sector Skills Development Agency and Leonardo Da Vinci Research Programme (EU).
