Patricia is Co-Investigator on the PrOPEL Hub. She is Distinguished Professor of Work and Employment Relations at the University of Strathclyde where she is also Director of the Scottish Centre for Employment Research. Patricia leads a linked research project on ‘Improving management practices, work engagement and workplace innovation for productivity and wellbeing’.
